1. The prices are presented in Euros (€) and include all the legal fees in force in Portugal, to which is added the shipping costs, if applicable.
2. The shipping to certain countries, may have the addition of legal import taxes, not being the owner responsible for such situations; we suggest that you consult the legislation applicable in your country.
3. All items on the site are subject to existing stock, and the customer will be informed if you have ordered any item not available at the time, being suggested a date of availability or another product in alternative; if the customer does not want to choose any of the suggestions, the full payment will be returned as soon as possible.
4. Orders are prepared in order of arrival.

For Portugal (Continent) the estimated delivery time is 3 working days after dispatch, except in situations of major reasons; For Europe the estimated delivery time varies between 7 and 12 working days, depending on the destination and except in situations of major reasons; For the Rest of the World the estimated delivery time varies between 10 and 15 working days, except in situations of major reasons.
6. Shipments and deliveries are only made during working days.
7. The customer may cancel its order at any time, until its shipment, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check the products at the time of delivery; if the costumer finds that his order is altered or damaged, he must return it immediately to the transport company, ustify the reason for return in the delivery note and notify the owner immediately to the email ; after acceptance of the order, the owner reserves the right to refuse the return, except in a situation of proven defect in the product(s) provided, not detectable at the delivery moment.
